On 7 September 2025, the world will witness the longest total lunar eclipse since 2022—a deep blood moon that opens this month’s dramatic pair of eclipses. Totality will last for 1 hour and 22 minutes, part of a five-and-a-half-hour sequence, and will be visible across Australia, Asia, Africa, and Europe.
